Clinical case study program — EmpiRx Health
Designed and produced a B2B client success story program for a healthcare PBM, translating complex clinical outcomes into compelling narratives for sales enablement, client retention, and brand credibility.
THE CHALLENGE
EmpiRx Health operated in a complex, trust-driven industry where differentiation required proof — not claims. The marketing program needed to surface real client outcomes in a format that sales, account leadership, and executive stakeholders could all use, across pitches, quarterly business reviews, and digital channels.
MY ROLE & APPROACH
As client marketing manager, I developed the end-to-end case study framework: sourcing client stories, translating clinical and operational data into brand narratives, and producing the final assets for multi-channel deployment. I also owned the quarterly business report narratives used directly by sales and account leadership. Content was built for dual use — external credibility and internal enablement — with consistent messaging standards I established through an internal brand training program.
